Refund Policy


At Flightcreed , we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your printer, you Dec request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the printer must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as you received it.


Once we receive your returned printer and inspect it, we will send you an email notification to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.


If you receive a defective or damaged printer, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide you with a replacement printer. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs for returning an item are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
